What properties can I choose from?

As part of the deal you will be required and get to go on a 90 minute exclusive tour of property. Ongoing ‘Time Share’ Membership is available, this however is not mandatory and how you proceed is completely at your discretion.
For ‘COUPLE’S SPECIAL’ - TimeShare Deals - How long is the presentation and what is it about?
The presentation applies to the ‘Couple’s Special” Deals and is generally about 90 minutes where the resort will take you on a VIP tour or the property and tell you about the options for vacation ownership. It is extremely low key and there is absolutely no obligation to buy or rent anything at all. Timeshare deals are marked with a sign.
Do you also book flights?
The deals we advertise are only accommodation however at the time of booking your dates, please ask the booking agent for a quote for flights and they will offer you the best deal available.
Do you provide airport transfers?
Transfers to and from the airport will depend on the deal you have purchased. Please check exclusive inclusions for the deal and property you have purchased.
What is the check in time at the resorts?
The check in time is generally 2PM local time.
Can I stay extra nights?
You can extend your stay and the resort will be happy to offer you a discounted rate for the extra nights. You can talk to your booking agent for rates specific to the property you have selected.
What happens if I am not able to use it within the 2-year validity?
If you are unable to travel in the 2 years the deal is valid for, we can often extend the validity. After all we want you to travel and enjoy your holiday. Please contact our booking team for queries on extensions and we will be happy to help.
Is this deal transferable?
Yes, the deal can be transferred to eligible parties. There are usually no charges to transfer.
Can I amend the dates that I have booked?
Yes, you can request for a change in date of travel. Our booking team will often be able to offer you other available dates for you to choose from. Depending on the property, there may be a small admin fee that applies.
