Do you also book flights?

The deals we advertise are only accommodation however at the time of booking your dates, please ask the booking agent for a quote for flights and they will offer you the best deal available.

Do you provide airport transfers?

Transfers to and from the airport will depend on the deal you have purchased. Check inclusions listed for each resort. 

What is the check-in time at the resorts?

The check-in time is generally 2PM local time.

Can I stay extra nights?

If you choose to extend your stay, the resort will be happy to offer you a discounted rate for the extra nights. Talk to your booking agent for specific rates.

What happens if I am not able to use my deal within the 3-year period?

If you are unable to travel in the 3 years the deal is valid for, we can extend the validity. After all, we want you to be able to travel and enjoy your holiday. Please contact our booking team for queries on extensions.

Is this deal transferable?

Yes, the deal can be transferred to eligible parties. There are no charges to transfer.

Can I amend the dates that I have booked?

Yes, you can request a change of travel date. We will be able to offer you other available dates to choose from. Depending on the property, there may be a small admin fee that applies.

For ‘COUPLE’S SPECIAL’ Deals - How long is the presentation and what is it about?

The presentation applies to the ‘Couple’s Special’ Deals and is generally about 90 minutes. Resort staff will take you on a VIP tour and tell you about the options for vacation ownership. Ongoing vacation ownership is available to purchase following the presentation but is not mandatory and how you proceed is completely at your discretion.

Terms of Absolute Promotional Offer:

1. Accommodation is for two adults and is available for up to two children between the ages of 0-13. Children between the ages of 13-18 years will incur a surcharge of AUD22 per child, per night. 
2. All requested dates are subject to availability and all check in dates are Saturday to Saturday.
3. Availability during Chinese New Year is limited.
4. Extra nights may be available upon request and at a heavily subsidised rate.
5. Insurance and travel expenses are not included in this offer.
6. Food and Beverage are not included in this offer unless otherwise stated.
7. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation on any grounds.
8. Please DO NOT book flights until you are in possession of a valid Hotel Confirmation Voucher.
9. Guests will be asked for their flight arrival details prior to check-in to finalize their reservation.
10. An admin fee of AUD 50 will be charged for any change of dates once initial booking is made.

Qualifying Criteria: 

1. Couples married or co-habituating for two or more years, travelling together.
2. Each person must be a minimum of 30 years of age and no more than 69 years of age.
3. Your combined annual income must be superior to AUD 65,000.  
4. Although you are under no obligation to buy, rent or lease any of the available products, guests must dedicate 90 minutes of their stay to a VIP viewing of an Absolute World Group portfolio containing an exciting selection of Real Estate, Fractional, Vacation Clubs and Hotels.

Disqualifying Criteria: 

1. This offer is not available for group travel. A group is defined as two or more families traveling during the same period to the same resort/area. Two single people travelling together is also not permitted. 
2. This offer cannot be used for honeymoon purposes or by singles.
3. This offer is not available for anyone who has previously enjoyed a similar promotion organised or sponsored by the Absolute World Group through any other channel, at any other time.
4. This offer is not available for anyone employed or associated with the Vacation Ownership industry, either past or present.
